Our compounds are available exclusively to qualified researchers, licensed professionals, and institutional buyers. At checkout you will be required to confirm your research status. We reserve the right to request documentation and to decline orders that do not meet eligibility criteria.
No. All compounds sold by RGV PRIME Research Lab are strictly for in vitro and laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human administration, are not drugs, and are not sold for veterinary, cosmetic, or any clinical use. This classification is maintained without exception.
COA documents are included with every order as a PDF download link in your confirmation email. You can also access COAs at any time via our COA library page or by contacting us with your order number. Batch-level COAs are available for all current inventory.
Every compound undergoes HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity quantification and Mass Spectrometry for molecular identity confirmation. Testing is performed by a third-party accredited laboratory. All compounds must meet a minimum 99% purity specification before we accept inventory.
Orders placed and verified before 2:00 PM CST on business days are dispatched the same day from our South Texas facility. Temperature-sensitive peptides ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Domestic delivery typically takes 1–3 business days via our standard carrier.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping involves regulatory complexities that vary significantly by country. Researchers outside the US are encouraged to contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
If a compound arrives damaged, shows signs of contamination, or the COA purity is below specification, we will replace the order at no cost. Due to the nature of research-grade materials, we do not accept general returns. All issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with supporting documentation.
